Detailed Instructions: 

(as described in the instructional video)

• Phase #1

Research Each Property Address on the County Appraisers Site.

Find the (New) Owner. Meaning "After" the Log Entry Date

If the New Owner is a Corporation (INC, LLC, etc,) Enter the Information on the Spreadsheet for Phase Two.

• Phase #2

Enter the Collected Company Information into the SunBiz Data Base and Collect the Officers Information (P, MBRs, VP, etc)

Enter the Officers information into the Spreadsheet.
