Ensuring Delivery of Our Emails to Your Inbox

For Apple Users

We understand the importance of receiving timely and relevant information from us. Sometimes, our emails might unintentionally end up in your SPAM or Junk folder. To ensure that you receive our emails directly in your inbox, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Add Us to Your Contacts

  1. Open the "Contacts" app on your Apple device.

  2. Click the "+" icon in the top right corner to add a new contact.

  3. Fill in our company name and email address in the appropriate fields.

  4. Save the contact.

 

Step 2: Mark Our Emails as "Not Junk"

  1. Open your Apple Mail app.

  2. In the sidebar, find the "Junk" or "SPAM" folder.

  3. Locate an email from us that might have been marked as junk.

  4. Open the email.

  5. Click the "Not Junk" button at the top of the email window.

  6. This will move the email to your inbox and help train your Apple Mail to recognize our emails as not junk.

 

Step 3: Create a Mail Filter Rule

  1. Open your Apple Mail app.

  2. Go to "Mail" > "Preferences" from the top menu.

  3. Select the "Rules" tab.

  4. Click the "+" icon to add a new rule.

  5. Set conditions such as "From Contains [Our Company Email]" and "Move Message" to "Inbox."

  6. Click "OK" to save the rule.

 

Step 4: Adjust SPAM Settings

  1. Open your Apple Mail app.

  2. Go to "Mail" > "Preferences" from the top menu.

  3. Select the "Junk Mail" tab.

  4. Adjust the "Junk Mail Filtering" settings to your preferred level. Consider choosing "Mark as Junk Mail but leave it in my Inbox" to prevent false positives.

  5. Add our email addresses to the "Never Mark as Junk" list.

  6. Click "OK" to save your changes.

 

Step 5: Check Email Rules and Filters

  1. Open your Apple Mail app.

  2. Go to "Mail" > "Preferences" from the top menu.

  3. Select the "Rules" tab.

  4. Review your existing rules and filters to ensure that none of them might inadvertently move our emails to the junk folder.

  5. Make adjustments as needed.
